Rice and Beans for Complete Protein
If you're looking for a very affordable, yummy source of protein, you can't go past beans and rice. Personally, I like to ad baked beans to basmati rice and add some chilli powder on top. Absolutely delicious. You can also buy kidney beans or a 4 bean mix from the supermarket. Pretty much any type of bean tastes great with rice. My favourite rice is basmati, because it is a high protein rice.
